Way to Go Mike D! the Appalachian Trail doc Rocks!
Mike Daniel called me to say not only did the 600 DVDs arrive into some remote part of Virginia (where Trail Days Festival happens each year) but to also say that his screening of the film sold out with over 400 people in attendance! We've got "Walking with Freedom" into several outfitters stores (a few have even sold out!) and into an Amazon.com store this weekend. I'm setting a goal for us to sell 12,000 copies THIS year alone! Keep up the awesome work MikeD (whereever in B.F.E. you may be at the moment).

An overview of the Appalachain Trail is currently airing on PBS up north. The cost to produce it? $1.2mil. Right. Mike and I spent $38,921.27 on ours! :-D

Development is a pain in the...
With the construction going on across the street, jackhammers in the middle of the street, a backhoe knocking a hole in my fence, AND some loud-ass, ground-beating piece of monster equipment just 25 feet away, it is amazing I can get any work done at all. After a week of this, having my house shaken (and stirred) is REALLY pissing me off. Perhaps Vallera Condos and McKinney Development Group should visit with the IISD about the new catch phrase 'Sustainable Development' ... then perhaps I can work... and even sleep otherwise, you'll be hearing from my attorney (I just love saying that phrase)
